The PMXBOARD Complete KPI Board Set is a bundled magnetic dry erase visual management board system designed to make KPI tracking visible across multiple departments. This complete set includes four dedicated boards for Production, Quality, Inventory, and Shipping, helping teams track daily results, monitor monthly trends, and keep performance visible at the point of use.
Each board combines a Daily Performance Tracker and a Monthly Performance Tracker on one 33" x 26" board. Together, the full set gives manufacturing, operations, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams a clear way to review targets, actuals, and red/green status across multiple functions in one coordinated system.
The boards are made with fully magnetic dry erase surfaces and the complete set includes all accessories needed to begin tracking immediately. Each board also includes a blank magnetic customization strip so the printed header can be covered and relabeled for another KPI, team, or department.
