Unlike basic KPI boards that only focus on one time frame, this board combines a Daily Performance Tracker and a Monthly Performance Tracker on one 33" x 26" board. Teams can review daily inventory status, monitor monthly trends, and keep performance goals visible during shift handoffs, daily huddles, and end-of-day reviews.
The board is made with a fully magnetic dry erase surface and comes as a complete kit with magnets, indicators, markers, eraser, mounting hardware, and a blank magnetic customization strip that allows you to relabel the header for another KPI or department.
